Types of Donations
General Donations
General Donations are given to Rock River Hospice & Home for no other reason than someone has heard about and/or observed the work we do in the community to help patients and families in their time of need. You may donate online or by mail using the buttons above.
Memorial Gifts
A Memorial Gift is a meaningful way to honor the memory of someone who has touched your life. Often, families will designate memorial contributions to be made to Rock River Hospice & Home. Gifts can be made by cash, check, and credit card.
Honorarium Donations
An Honorarium Donation expresses your respect and love for a living family member or friend. This gift is a thoughtful way to remember or celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, and holiday or for a special recognition. Gifts can be made by cash, check, and credit card.
Matching Gifts
Many companies offer a Matching Gifts program in which the company will match charitable donations or donate for volunteer hours contributed by their employees. Your Human Resources Department should be able to answer any questions or get you the appropriate forms.
Special Events
Special Events offer you several opportunities to support RRHH. Whether you prefer to sponsor, attend or volunteer your time or talent to an event, your involvement is greatly valued. See our Events Page for more information.
In-Kind Gifts
Some prefer to give an In-Kind Gift, such as office supplies, lightly used medical equipment, medical supplies, silent auction items for events and more. You can call the office anytime to find our current needs.
The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is full of a wish list of items that are needed for patient & family care and comfort, bereavement services, operational support, and special events. See the list.
